Establishing electronic delivery is easy. Just follow these step-by-step instructions to reduce paper waste and receive important account information electronically. And as always, we are available to walk you through the process. Call us at 1-800-US-FUNDS if you have any questions.
1. Simply click on Access My Account on the main navigation bar of the website, then read and accept the user agreement disclaimer:
2. On the Account Selection screen click Establish User ID
Establishing a new User ID is easy and takes just moments. You will be provided instant access to your accounts.
3. Once you have accessed your accounts, signing up for E-delivery is just one step away!
Click on Electronic Delivery Consent under the Statements drop-down menu. From here it is easy to enter your E-mail address, and select the types of documents you wish to receive electronically.
Signing up for E-delivery will allow us to send you an email notifying you that your statement or other document is ready to be accessed securely on our website. We will not send any of your personal account information via email. By consenting to receive any of the documents electronically, you may still receive paper versions for a short while. Once the requested documents are available for E-delivery, you will no longer receive them in paper form.
