The Fund Focuses on China while Seeking Outstanding Opportunities Throughout the China Region

At least 80% of the fund’s assets will be invested in equity securities issued by China region companies. These companies must fit at least one of these criteria:

1. Be organized under the laws of countries within the China region; or

2. Have at least 50% of their assets in one or more China region countries; or

3. Derive at least 50% of their gross revenues or profits from providing goods or services to or from one or more China region countries.
