3. Open Your Account by Mail or Wire Transfer. To open an account, mail your investment check (made payable to the Global Emerging Markets Fund) with your application in the postage-paid envelope provided. Or, to arrange a wire transfer, call 1-800-873-8637. Current shareholders may easily establish a new account by telephone exchange. On the day we receive your account application and investment, we will open your new account and immediately mail you a statement confirming your purchase.
