Important Notice Regarding Delivery of Shareholder Documents
Recently, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) allowed mutual fund companies to streamline their
required mailings to fund investors. That means shareholders with multiple U.S. Global Investors accounts will
now be sent a single prospectus, semi-annual report and annual report per household, regardless of the number of
accounts they have with us.
Streamlining will enable us to eliminate duplicate printings and mailings, thereby reducing fund expenses.
Streamlining does not apply to the mailing of your account statement(s) or to documents sent to business
entities, as well as certain other mailings.
You do not need to take any action to have your shareholder documents streamlined. If
you prefer not to participate in streamlining, please notify U.S. Global Investors in writing
using the pre-addressed postage-paid reply card attached to the enclosed
brochure. If you have already received a notice and responded to it, there is no
need to reply again.
