Why Frank Holmes Likes Royalty Companies

BNN welcomes Frank Holmes to the program to find out what happened to the big rally in gold, and whether Frank thinks it will return anytime soon. He says that gold will likely bottom between now and July, but then return to its seasonal trend.

Frank notes the tremendous pressure on central banks around the world to try and create stimulus for economic activity. As we live with low interest rates, gold could have a second shot in the second half of this year. Frank also talks gold stocks, particularly discussing what royalty names he likes and why he says they are a simple, high-margin business.
