Our automated telephone system is a convenient, automated service that provides you
with the following options.
Free Information Kit - Option 1
Just leave your name and address on our voice mail system, and we'll immediately mail you a free information kit, including a prospectus and application, for any of our 13 no-load mutual funds.
Automated Account Access - Option 2
Option 1 - Balances and
recent transactions: All you need to access your
account is your 14 digit account number (the 3 digit fund number and 11 digit account number) and your personal identification number (PIN).(If you are a first time user, please call an investor representative to obtain your PIN.) Find out your account balance, what checks have cleared, if your deposit has arrived yet or if a redemption request has been processed.
Option 2 -
Automated exchanges: Just a reminder: Our peak calling time is between 1 and 3 PM Central Time. Instead of waiting for a representative to make your exchange, use our automated system to move up to $50,000 between accounts with the same registration. Call before 3 pm Central Time (2 pm for the Gold Shares Fund and World Precious Minerals Fund) to get that day's closing price. You'll even receive a confirmation number to ensure that your trade is executed correctly.

prices: Daily closing prices for all of our equity funds.
Option 2 - Bond fund
prices and yields: 30 day SEC yield for our Tax Free Fund and Near-Term Tax Free Fund.
Option 3 - Money market yields: The 7 day current and effective yield for our U.S. Treasury Securities Cash Fund and U.S. Government Securities Savings Fund.
Option 4 - Market indexes: Daily closings of Spot Gold, London Gold, Dow Jones, S&P 500, NASDAQ and GROW.
