U.S. Markets Closed Monday and Tuesday
Because of Hurricane Sandy, the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) and other U.S. stock markets will be closed Monday and Tuesday, October 29-30, 2012. All U.S. Global Investors funds will remain closed until the NYSE reopens.
U.S. Global Investors’ Investor Representatives, the automated telephone system (800-873-8637) and online account access (www.usfunds.com) are all available. Mutual fund transactions will be accepted during this period, and when the NYSE reopens, those transactions will be processed and receive the next available trade date and share price (NAV). For example, if you submit a transaction request today through www.usfunds.com and the NYSE reopens on Wednesday, your transaction will be processed as if submitted at the close of the NYSE on Wednesday, October 31. (Transaction requests that were submitted over the weekend after 4:00 p.m., Eastern time, on Friday, October 26, also will be processed when the markets reopen.)
We will continue to post updates to www.usfunds.com as they become available.
If you have questions about pending transactions on your accounts, please contact an Investor Representative at 800-873-8637. Representatives are available from 7:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Central time.
