Bitcoin Rallies, But Is No Replacement for Gold

Kitco News’ Daniela Cambone welcomed Frank Holmes back to the program to talk cryptos and gold during this week’s CoinDesk Consensus conference in New York.  The two discuss the renewed uptrend in the price of bitcoin, with Frank pointing to an increase in the number of digital wallets as one sign that the next bitcoin bull cycle could be around the corner.

Despite the rebound in the popular digital currency, however, Frank says it is still no replacement for gold, which is “fundamentally important to any economy.” For the full discussion, tune in to the replay below!
