Frank Holmes was recently featured as a keynote speaker at the 2019 Mining & Investment Latin America Summit in Lima, Peru and spoke with the conference organizers about what he learned during the event. The summit was filled with different types of mining companies, executives, money managers and private equity firms, and Frank says there was good energy all around and positive developments discussed. Frank is bullish on the mining industry in the Latin American region, but points out two challenges of attracting capital and focusing more on ESG-friendly mining practices.
