On Monday morning investors saw the S&P 500 Index hit a historic milestone and Kitco News’ Alex Letourneau starts this week’s Gold Game Film by asking Frank Holmes his thoughts on the movement. Frank says the all-time highs in the index could be why we’re seeing record stock buybacks as well as equities on the rise.
