Business Insider’s Take on Our “Beautiful Quilt” of Commodities

Business Insider (BI) recently recognized the dynamic fashion in which U.S. Global Investors lays out the annual returns of 14 different commodities over a 10-year span. We call our latest graphic The Periodic Table of Commodities Returns 2013, but Business Insider prefers to call it a “beautiful quilt.” BI points out the volatility of each commodity, recognizing that that is precisely why the “pattern of colors in the quilt is so chaotic.”
