Despite thinking Canadian policymakers are mistakenly conducting themselves like boy scouts, Frank believes his home country is still in a “very strong spot if they negotiate properly.” Energy and oil are Canada’s biggest opportunities, says Frank, if they can “wake up” and take advantage of their resources.
