Bernie Lo of CNBC Asia welcomes Frank Holmes back to the program to discuss the latest moves in the U.S. market, particularly with the upcoming inclusion of real estate investment trusts (REITS) as a new sector to the S&P 500. Frank says he sees opportunity in the REIT space, saying it could generate more interest for “stable growth.” He believes REITs can attract more investors and that asset allocation to this sector will take place in the hunt for yield.

On the other spectrum, the two discuss gold’s run so far this year, and Bernie wonders if the momentum is over. Frank says he remains bullish on the yellow metal and explains why in the full replay.
