Frank says it’s important to recognize why this is happening, pointing specifically to FANG stocks and the impressive performance of Amazon recently. He also discusses strong purchasing managers’ index data coming out of Europe, and how growth overseas, along with a weaker dollar, has produced “give and take” for investors. Overall, however, Frank says these factors are pretty bullish.
