Martin Soong, host of CNBC Asia, welcomes Frank Holmes back to the program on a week when U.S. President Donald Trump is shaking up markets by threatening a government shutdown. Frank believes Trump is simply “rattling the cage” with this rhetoric, and says there are more significant economic factors for investors to be focusing on right now. The first, in particular, is news from the Jackson Hole Economic Summit, along with conclusions about the debt ceiling, industry regulations and of course economic policy decisions.
