During the 40th Annual New Orleans Investment Conference, Shelly Kraft of Stock News Now talks with Frank Holmes to get his thoughts on gold, resources and emerging markets.  Frank discusses the topic of his presentation during the conference, which is the importance of being an optimistic investor in a pessimistic world, and adds that it’s crucial for investors to manage their expectations in current market conditions.

Frank goes on to discuss his view on natural resources looking forward, along with his thoughts on Alibaba, the situation in Europe and even touches on U.S. Global’s "no drama" fund.
