At the Vancouver Resource Investment Conference (VRIC) 2020, after giving a keynote presentation on gold and commodities, Frank Holmes spoke with Investing News Network. Frank commented that investor sentiment at the conference was much better this year than it was last year, with the S&P 500 hitting all-time highs and the U.S.-China trade war almost resolved.

On where the gold price is headed, Frank reiterated his bullishness. “I think gold prices could be $2,000 in the next 18 months.” When asked if now is still a good time to invest in other precious metals, including platinum and palladium, Frank said: “Absolutely. They’re critical for clean air and clean water, and the whole ESG movement.”
